PERSONAL TRAINING

We are also available to provide you RESULT ORIENTED one-on-one (or couples or small group) personal training. Normal sessions are 1 to 1.5 hours.

We will train you to get in shape for your next event, to do your first race, or just to get in better health overall.

In addition to excellent outdoor workouts, sessions may include body fat testing, measurements, nutrition plans and therapeutic stretching.
