TRIATHLON TRAINING
We provide a one-hour workout with a CERTIFIED
COACH 6 days a week. We also provide detailed training
plans, all the set-up and support you need and tips on how
to do your first, or fastest, triathlon.
We show you how to make a weekly mix of
swimming, biking, running, strength training, yoga and stretching
a regular part of your life, how to work it into your schedule,
and get in the best shape of your life — while having
a blast with a fun, supportive group of people just like you.
Our training also takes into account that
“one size” does not fit all. We will help everyone
from established athletes to triathlon “newbies.”
We train hard, but smart, at needed, but
bearable intensity.
